Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note on Special Items: Due to their delicate nature, felt toys, mobiles, and music boxes cannot be returned unless defective. Please inspect these items carefully upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
Our return process is as simple as assembling our wooden blocks:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Pack items securely in original packaging and include all documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
