Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 business days after leaving our workshop.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days.
How long does order processing take?
Each order receives 1-2 days of personal preparation in our Johnson City workshop, where we carefully wrap your items with the same attention to detail our artisans put into crafting the toys.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand behind every item we carefully curate with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please email us to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is being exchanged for a product of equal or greater value.
How long do refunds take?
